The terms and conditions herein apply to the Payday Loan Resource Center. This website ("Site") is provided to you by the Loan Resource Group of Companies ("LRGroup").* Your access to and use of this Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Agreement").

In addition to providing helpful tips and information to aid in your borrowing decisions, the Payday Loan Resource Center has organized and catalogued a full spectrum of lender information to give you immediate access to a variety of online lenders, to apply for payday loans, cash advances, major purchase financing or mortgage financing according to your financial needs. You authorize one of the LRGROUP to deduct a monthly subscription fee of $17.97 from your bank account. Your paid subscription entitles you to unfettered online access to the Payday Loan Resource Center database, twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
You agree to follow the instructions on the Site to setup and obtain a secure ID name and password for the purpose of accessing the Site. You are responsible for keeping your account information, including your password secured. If applicable, you will be held responsible for any charges that are incurred by any person making purchases through your account.
You understand that this Site is a resource database only. LRGROUP does not process applications or make loans of any kind. All lenders, lending institutions, vendors, merchants, financial institutions companies, advertisers, products or services contained, listed or referenced in our database are unaffiliated, independent third parties over whom LRGROUP, its affiliates, subsidiaries, principals, officers, members or directors have no control of right to control. The fact that any third party is listed or catalogued in our database does not constitute a recommendation or representation of any kind regarding the availability or quality of the products or services offered by any third party, nor does such listing constitute a warranty or representation of any kind that such third party's business reputation or practices have been investigated, tested, verified or licensed according to law.
You agree to independently investigate and determine the reliability and reputation of any third party whose identity, products or services were made know to you as a result of your use of our database. While we may remove a merchant listing from our database for any reason, including without limitation, proof of identity theft or consumer fraud, the LRGROUP strongly recommends that you fully investigate any loan processor, lender, or online merchant/vendor before submitting any loan application or other data to any online merchant, which contains any personal identifying, financial or credit information.
YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME. TO CANCEL, Simply log on to www.PLRCSupp.com and follows the simple instructions and directions on that site. If you cancel, you will provided access to the Site for the remainder of your then current monthly billing cycle and no further charges will be charged to your bank account.
Your specifically authorize LRGroup to deduct your monthly subscription fee from your bank account by electronic funds transfer ("ACH"). In the event an ACH charge is returned unpaid for non-sufficient funds, your authorize LRGroup to reprocess the charge up to two additional times in order to collect the fee. Should an ACH be rejected for non-sufficient funds, you may be subject to an NSF fee or other bank charge as provided under the terms of your deposit agree with your bank or financial institution. NSF fees may be charged by your bank for each ACH that is rejected. NSF charges may, and routinely do exceed the amount of your monthly subscription fee.
The services offered or referred to on this Site are subject to interruptions of access to the Internet caused by technical failures, or issues which may include interruptions beyond our control, such as your Internet access, technical failures associated with your computer, or weather/power related outages. To the extent the interruption is caused by issues within our control, we agree to re-establish access to the Site in a timely fashion, or, in our sole and absolute discretion, to terminate your service and refund any unused portion of your current, monthly subscription fee. The monthly subscription fee for access to the Site is subject to change by LRGroup without notice.
This Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors that may be corrected as they are discovered in LRGroup sole discretion.
LRGroup and/or its business partners may present advertisements or promotional materials on or through the Site or Service. Your participation in any promotion, as well as your purchase of any product or service described in such advertisements or promotional materials, whether or not any such promotion or offer is linked or available through the Site, are subject to those terms and conditions contained or referenced within the promotional materials, web page, or website associated with such offer or promotion. In the event of a claim of unauthorized billing or fraud, you agree to assist LRGroup in the timely and complete resolution of the claim, including where applicable the provision of other or additional billing information on your account.
Your membership automatically renews on a monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your membership prior to any monthly billing cycle by logging on to http://www.PLRCSupp.com and following the directions and instructions on that site. Once you cancel your membership, you will no longer be billed.

LRGroup reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and/or cancel your membership at any time without notice. Should LRGroup elect to cancel your membership, LRGroup shall return any unearned portion of your monthly Credit Monitoring fee.
You consent to receive communications from LRGroup electronically, either by e-mail or by notices posted on this site, as determined by LRGroup in its sole discretion. You agree that any requirement that a notice, disclosure, agreement, or other communication be sent to you by LRGroup in writing is satisfied by such electronic communication. You agree that LRGroup may send you e-mails, which include notices about your account as well as information pertaining to our service, such as featured products or new offerings. You agree that this information is part of your membership and your relationship with LRGroup.
These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and LRGroup with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating thereto.
